Before using these investment calculators, please carefully consider the following:

  1. Investment Risk: Investing in securities involves risks, including the potential loss of principal. The value of your investment may fluctuate over time and is not guaranteed. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

  2. Market Risk: The performance of investments is subject to market volatility and fluctuations in the overall economy. Changes in interest rates, inflation rates, geopolitical events, and other factors can impact the value of securities.

  3. Liquidity Risk: Some investments may have limited liquidity, meaning you may not be able to easily buy or sell them at a desired price or time. Illiquid investments may require a longer holding period and can be difficult to sell in certain market conditions.

  4. Credit Risk: Investing in debt securities, such as bonds or loans, exposes you to credit risk. This risk arises from the possibility that the issuer may fail to make timely interest payments or repay the principal amount owed.

  5. Foreign Investment Risk: Investments in foreign securities involve additional risks, including currency exchange rate fluctuations, political instability, and differences in regulatory frameworks. These risks may be greater in emerging markets.

  6. Diversification: Diversification does not guarantee investment returns and does not eliminate the risk of loss. It is important to diversify your investment portfolio across different asset classes and sectors to help manage risk.

  7. Tax Considerations: Investment decisions may have tax implications. It is important to consult with a tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of your investments and any potential tax consequences.

  8. Investment Goals and Time Horizon: Your investment goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon should be carefully considered before making investment decisions. The results generated by this calculator are based on hypothetical scenarios and may not accurately reflect your individual circumstances.

  9. Consultation with Financial Advisor: This investment calculator is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered investment advice. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

  10. Regulatory Compliance: This investment calculator is provided in compliance with FINRA regulations. For additional information about investment risks and regulatory requirements, please visit the FINRA website (www.finra.org).

By using this investment calculator, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the risks associated with investing and agree to the terms outlined in this disclosure statement.
